…we looked for an executive-type apartment that was furnished and equipped with everything… 18 Rowlands offered all these luxuries and we were especially pleased with the quality furniture and kitchen utensils, and that everything was fastidiously clean.

The location was exceptional, just steps from a grocery store and Adelaide’s fascinating Central Market, as well as easy access to the rest of the CBD and abundant green spaces in every direction.

Communal areas were kept spotlessly clean by the excellent cleaning staff at Rowlands.  Their fitness center, while small, I found met all my needs for a good workout and was regularly sanitised.

An unexpected benefit we found at Rowlands was their concierge services.  Whenever we had questions about cinemas, restaurants, medical services, cleaning, taxis, travel, local festivals (of which Adelaide has many), or shopping, Katie and Ana in the Rowlands office eagerly offered suggestions or researched our questions until they found answers. Good-natured young women, they also helped us with several business matters and both were a delight to work with.

Now that I am back in the US, I think fondly back on those beautiful months spent at Rowlands in Adelaide, and I look forward to returning there, I hope to the very same apartment with the outstanding views.

I highly recommend Rowlands for quality, convenience, and friendly and efficient staff. I can’t imagine a better place in Adelaide.
